I started writing this Wednesday! But today, I will finish it and get caught up! I am thankful for homeschool! The ability to homeschool! The freedom to homeschool! I am so glad we did! It works for us!
Grayson and I had a great day! We are having such a fun time! I and so thankful for being able to walk this journey with him and next year, we have decided Ada may join us! Which is quite exciting also! I am thankful, that despite our minimal apprehensions and my unsureness of my ability to do so, we did it anyway! What a blessing it's been!! For however long we do it, I am grateful! I don't know what changes the future holds, near or far, but today, I am thankful that we chose this! :) It's been a learning experience for both of us and we will continue to try different things to make it work, but what fun it is!
Yesterday, friends stands out in my mind! What a blessing friends are! The ones you see everyday and the ones you don't! Yesterday was full of happy (a fabulous visit from my mother and father -in-love helped that a lot!!) but it was also full of happy surprises from friends! It was all different surprises but they all reminded me what friends are all about! From texts about nothing or sweet words in cards to late night chats over dinner and special heartfelt gifts! Friends are what gets you through! I am so thankful for the few amazing friends I have! The ones who are interested while you talk about nothing really interesting! The ones who think about you when your not around and let you know with a text! The ones who go out of their way to pick out a gift just for you! Wow! I don't know how I am blessed with such a wonderful crew of friends. Some new, some old. Some family, some not. But allllll so so special to me! Yesterday, and everyday I am thankful for the friends God placed in my life! Thank you, God for these wonderful friends!
It's still super early today and I am not sure what the day holds so I will catch up on today, tonight! I hope! ;)
