So Taco Tuesday was a huge hit today! I told you I would step it up a little from the plain old traditional taco, so we did a taco ring. And despite the apprehension at first, the kids absolutely loved it! They ate it up! ;)
I didn't follow a specific recipe, I just saw a picture and did my own thing. ;) I flattened out two cans of crescent rolls in a circle, spooned my prepared meat in a circle on the big part of the crescent rolls. Then we sprinkled with cheese. Finally, we folded the ends of the crescent rolls toward the center over the meat. And I baked it according to crescent roll directions! That easy! After baking, fill the middle with lettuce, cheese, and a little sour cream. :)
Our Taco Tuesday was very laid back! School was done by lunch time, enjoyed some outside time, and then off to gymnastics with sister! It was a good day! I hope yours was too. Happy Taco Tuesday! :)
