Inspired by, this, we had an exceptionally great "Taco Tuesday" meal! On Pinterest, they are called, walking tacos. Y'all! Where has this been all my life!? So so good. No taco shells needed, just Fritos! Throw some Fritos in a bowl, top with taco meat and all your favorite toppings. So the ONLY thing you cook is taco meat, and you have a meal with protein, veggies, fruit and carbs...yes!! And with that, "Taco Tuesday" has officially become one of my families favorite days!...so, until next week! ;)
