Grateful

It's going to take several post to wrap up this year, but I want to get it all done before the new year begins. My goodness, it's so hard to believe that another year has come and gone. It's been a hard year personally, but watching the children grow, develop, and continue to learn has been the brightest light during this hard season. They make my heart beat and I am so grateful for each and every one of them and what they add to my life. I learn from them every single day. They have the ability to remind me of what true joy and love is. The privilege to teach them at home and share each day with them, is not lost to me. I am so grateful for the ability and time to teach them and learn along side them. As they continue to grow older, each new season of their life offers new challenges, different emotional needs, and a deeper understanding of life. It's amazing to watch all of this develop and to be a part of their journey as they try to navigate growing up and discovering their place in the world. I hope they always know, without a doubt, that this mom and dad love and support them on their journey. It's our pleasure to be their parents, despite our constant failures in parenthood, we try to give them our very best. They are worth it and we are so in love with each of them. We are grateful <3
