Yesterday and today have been spent finishing out Christmas celebrations with friends and family we weren't able to see before or on Christmas! It's fun to have the kids together and to be able to have "girlfriends" to talk to! Grayson had his first spend the night guest last night and that was very fun for him and was a lot of fun for us! They played until they couldn't go anymore! He loved hosting a guest, even if it was his cousin! ;) And today we spent time catching up with some more cousins and my sister!
Tonight was the last of Christmas for the kiddos! We went to the zoo to see the Christmas lights! It was a lot of fun...we saw lots of lights, a few animals, and indulged in some smores! and then got to squeeze in a few minutes playing with Grayson's telescope since the stars were visible!
I guess this is the last Christmas picture of 2013!
I guess tomorrow we will take down the Christmas decorations, make a menu for the upcoming week, grocery shop, catch up on laundry, and begin school planning for the new year! We have one more week off before school starts back in full swing! If I could sum up this Christmas...all I can say is that it has been VERY merry!! Couldn't have asked for even one thing to be better! It was wonderful! :)
