Grayson had a double header in soccer today...it was HOT! We had snacks, water, sunscreen and yet the little kids and I still only managed to make it through one game! He did great though! He is a sports lover, so running and kicking a ball for a couple hours delights him!
This afternoon did entail a little bit of crafting which was nice! You know by now, I love to craft! I don't watch tv or read...I am not a football person (although, I do love watching baseball! And that usually plays while crafting!)
I recruited some help from my sister-in-law to make some shirts for Grady's birthday! It was a lot of fun! My children's birthday party's are my absolute favorite thing! It's going to be a "Rookie of the Year" party! It was great to get started! Got the shirts made and ticket invitations printed! I love party printables!! I discovered them for Grayson's birthday last year and for every party since, when I get a theme in mind, that is what I look for! Grady's party printables are from http://www.simonemadeit.com/2012/04/20/baseball-printable-birthday-invitation-party-decorations/
I have been very very pleased, and love how you can edit and put your own words! Most printables where they come to your with all of that and can't be changed or edited, just printed!

And then, my wonderful husband helped me make some Rapunzel hair for sweet "A". I am sure you remember THE hair that she was so very attached to...yeah, well, this mean mommy snuck that into the trash! ;) She loves Rapunzel and every Rapunzel girl should have long hair right?! The best part is her daddy helped make it! Can't wait to see how she likes it!!
I followed a tutorial from http://madebyjenn.blogspot.com/2012/05/tutorial-rapunzel-hair.html
It was great! I made a few small changes so that it wasn't so long it was dragging on the floor, because knowing Ada...she will wear this everywhere! ;) I am looking forward to just hanging out with my family again tomorrow! Yay for the weekend!!!! :)
