Lake Greenwood! It was a perfect weather weekend and a perfect birthday celebration for my wonderful baby boy! He's 6 now! I can hardly believe it. He's such a wonderful, simple, amazing boy. He doesn't like kisses but will hug your face off with a beautiful tight hug. His imagination is huge and play is an enormous part of his learning style. He's an important part of our family and we are so blessed to celebrate another year with him. He requested Star Wars, so his mama went with it! We had some Jedi training, with a treasure hunt, light saber training, relay race and obstacle course, and followed that with defeating the Death Star! It was a fun morning just for my little Star Wars fan.
The park itself was fantastic! The sunset views were awesome. Being on the water and just seeing the boats and other things go by was fun. We spent time at the playground, fishing, bike riding, and s'more making. Wonderful weekend with my favorite most people on the planet. Camping is our thing. Family adventure is our thing. Simple is our thing. We do it together and we love it. Next up, Devils Fork! <3
