And Just Like That, She’s 8!

My Ada Grayce. Oh what a gift! She delights in simple things. Her inner beauty and innocence is so magical. She loves nature, reading, fairytales, mermaids, princesses, and helping people. She has such a sweet gentle way about her. She loves to learn and teaches herself any and everything and loves to teach the little ones, too. She’s a dreamer 💗 It’s so hard to let her grow because I know she’s one year closer to flying away, but yet it’s beautiful and I’m so blessed to witness and guide her as she finds her wings. She says she wants to be a doctor and loves to play piano. She’s the spelling master and possesses an incredible amount of self determination. She’s a rare jewel and we are so blessed she’s ours! 💗 Happy 8th birthday, to my oldest girl! I hope this year is full of all the things
 you dream of!

 

Ada asked for a little bit of purple hair and a bubble bath for her birthday! So while the boys went to see monster trucks, we pampered! It was the best 💜 I even joined her and got some purple hair myself! :)

She got cooking stuff for her birthday and couldn’t wait to try it all out, so that’s what we did all day! Blueberry muffins and chicken soup were on her menu. My sister got her a pattern and some fabric to make her and her doll an apron and she was so patient and diligent and worked at it until she sewed two beautiful aprons! :)
