Want to know what it feels like to be united with family you have missed for 3 months...the pictures will tell....
It was a happy day! Three months can feel like an eternity for the kids and us when we're used to seeing, chatting, eating, churching, and playing with our special people weekly! But this past Saturday was a happy day! We spent sun up to sun down enjoying our people. I have been trying very hard to help the kids live in the moment. It's hard for them sometimes having their family spread across the state. When we are able to see grandparents or their aunt and uncle, they sometimes get so fixated on "when will we see them again" that it takes away from their fun day. So we are working on that! And Saturday they did an excellent job not fretting and just enjoying! It was all about fun! Good dirty, relaxed, playing beach fun. Soaking up every enjoyable moment with their aunt and uncle, and that they did! It was an awesome day and we can't wait, whenever it may be, to do it again! Each of these pictures are our return ticket to that wonderful day and cherished so much! They are our people and we love them all the way to Beaufort and back! <3
