My big boy made us all so proud with his piano playing! He has been preparing pieces for the Aiken Festival of Music for several months now. He had to play 6 pieces for different judges and based on his "scores" he may have the opportunity to play in a recital the next day. Well, he went in and played his pieces beautifully, received his call from his piano teacher that evening and she informed him that he received all superiors and was invited to play at the recital! We were so excited and proud for him and I know he was proud of himself, just as he should be! He played one of his memorized pieces, Pedal Happy, and received his medal at the recital. So proud of him! Keep it up, Big Boy!
