Today you turn 3. I love you even more today, than the day you were born. Your personality is beautiful and wise. You're a silent thinker and so very observant. Your giggle will light up a room, and you save it for the happiest of times. Your hugs are cherished and your kisses are oh so sweet! I could try for days to explain how we adore you, but I don't think there's words.
You are trying to grow up. You are hanging out between a toddler and boy, and the selfish part of me wants to keep you there, but the mommy in me knows that's not possible. Try not to grow up too fast, please. I love watching you learn and hearing your little thoughts, but don't be in a hurry, you have plenty of time. Before you know it, you will be a big boy like Grayson, but for now, let's enjoy being 3!
You are the baby of the family and so so special to each of us. You've always been a daddy's boy, you love your daddy! Grayson constantly loves to talk about what he's going to teach you and how close you will be one day, just like Daddy and Uncle Day Day. Ada is your second mama and best friend! Yall love to imagine and play and she loves to teach you and help you learn. You're quiet, yet you know how to make yourself heard when necessary. Your smile is precious and your hair! Oh! Your hair, it's the best. ;) You are our precious baby boy, and somehow without warning, you're beginning to grow up.
We will celebrate with a Thomas the Train themed carnival and soak up every minute of the next year to come. Thank you, for the blessing and light you have been to us the last 3 years. You, my sweet baby boy, have such wonderful things ahead! Happy Happy birthday to my precious baby boy!
